These criteria are entered into a database that we have developed especially for this purpose, so that you are immediately offered suitable properties and are informed by us at any time when a new property that is suitable for you is for sale.

On the basis of this checklist, we select properties from the available offers that meet your criteria and present them to you.We endeavour to provide you with comprehensive professional information in advance, so that you can make a preliminary decision on the basis of this information as to which properties come into the closer selection for you, without you having to be on site.If necessary, we can also draw on properties from cooperation partners that complement our own offer.Some offers are also not shown on the homepage, as they are confidential sales - especially with top properties the seller often wants this discretion - should you be interested in such high-priced properties, we reserve the right to ask for proof of capital.

3. Property inspection:

Of course, you must view the properties in question on site - this is the only way to get a complete impression for your decision. Our experience shows that as soon as you enter a house, you often know from the 1st impression whether it fits or not.

4. For sellers:

Most of the time you have been living in your property for a while, which could result in a certain discrepancy with the current wishes of the potential buyer. Often it is also the case that, due to age, one has not been able to take care of all these things as one used to.
